This is our favourite all in one suit. The traditional hat and veil style
offers all round vision and ventilation.
- 100% pre-shrunk machine washable cotton
- detachable hat and veil with zipper closure
- all round vision and ventilation
- sewn-in wire hoop to keep the veil away from the face
- fully zippered at the front
- elasticated waist, cuffs and ankles
- side zippers to the ankles
- two big pockets and one small with a Velcro closure
- side chisel pocket

After looking at various options and suppliers, I on behalf of Pembrokeshire Beekeepers\’ Association, ordered a number of these in various sizes towards the end of the 2008 season for use by beginners and guests in our out apiary. They are well made, excellent value for money and will give confidence to nervous novices. Perhaps the Velcro fixings at the junction between the front zip and the veil will prove tricky. Time will tell if this is a problem in use.

I’m 5’7″ and ordered the medium size. Suit fits really well and feels really safe. Nice thick cotton and NOT white. I’m definitely going to be able to focus on bee keeping with this suit and not worry about bees getting in the suit!
