1 – Carriage charges
The displayed carriage charges are for UK destinations only and are calculated on current item weights and delivery costs. They are therefore liable to change.
2 – Despatch
Packages will be despatched as soon as possible after validation of the order. You will be informed of this by e-mail if we have your e-mail address. Items not currently in stock will be ordered and despatched separately.
3 – Out of Stock Items
You will be advised if we are unable to fulfil your order due to one or more items being out of stock. You will have the option to delete these from your order or to wait until they are again available. The items in stock will be despatched first, with the balance following when again in stock. You will be informed of the likely delay.
4 – Returns
If any item you receive is not that ordered, defective or has been damaged in transit, you will be given a replacement item free of charge and carriage cost. Alternatively we will refund your cost. We will require the item to be returned to us before the exchange or refund is issued.
5 – Exchanges
Having received your order, should you wish to exchange any item, you may return this at your expense in a new, unused condition. We will then despatch the replacement item, charging the applicable carriage cost. You will be charged or refunded the difference in cost of the exchanged items.
